I have applied for an I-90 replacement of green card last Friday and have not gotten my biometrics appointment. I have to leave the country and stay in the philippines for 3 months starting next week. Can I just have my biometrics appointment mailed to the Phils and have my fingerprints taken at the american embassy in the phils. Thanks

No, not a normal option. Will your Green Card status expire during those 3 months while you are i the PI?

The Biometrics is done at Application Support Centers (ASC) staffed by private contractors, and there is a great deal of security involved with the identify verification purpose of the Biometrics appointments.
