Green Card & Marriage in India
Hello Sir,
Here is my situation. I went to US in 2011 and got my PR (Green card) as my husband was already there in US with PR from last 4 years. Then later we got divorced and I continued working there till 2014 April. Then i came to India to visit my family and meanwhile i came across an Indian resident person and we got married. Its been 8 months that I am in india and now we are planning to move to US. Can you please guide whats the procedure, can i go back there and start working and then apply for my husband's immigration visa or if there is any short duration process. My husband is having H1B busy as he comes to US for office work, valid for 10 years just in case this can help.
