  • Did any one get a response for G-731C.

I recently sent a plastic card status enquiry to the INS CSC center (POE: SFO, DOE: 01/30/01). I was just wondering if any one has ever got any response from the CSC center.

    thankx, ganesh.

    Received no response so far

I filed a G-731C to CSC in May, but received no response at all so far. My POE is Novermver 2000. And I am investigating if there is anything I can do instead of just waiting here. Does anybody know, if we can go to the INS (local) office phisically and submit an application to issue plastic card, or can we renew the I551 stamp on passport?

NO response for G-731C since Feb 2001.

I have filed G-731C to CSC in Feb 2000 and again in May to enquire the status of my plastic card, but received no response for any of my requests. My POE is SFO dated December 12, 2000. I really do not know what is going on at CSC. I really for fed up with CSC, because at each and every stage CSC took so much time for me. In between I called up CSC but the IIO could not able to locate the case number based on the number in my I-551 stamp. My I-551# looks something like "#476xxxxx" (with 8 digits), but others I-551 number (Alien Number) looks like "A#xxxxxxxxx" with 9 digits instead of 8. I really don't know what to do?

Please share your thoughts on this issue.

        hpdel,

We have 8 digits too in our I-551 stamp. "A#" followed by 8 digits.

        thankx, ganesh.

The ph. no is only for I-485ers and not CPers..

If u are calling at (949) 831-8427.. it's only for I-485 plastic card traking purpose and not cpers.. so if (s)he says you are not in system, (s)he is right..

            The number is for nobody

Actually the number is for nobody. It is just a typical INS number with 800 answering messages.
