    urgent- PP stamping

    hi,
    my I-94 has expired. my employer has applied for new H1 but it's not approved yet. Now, i have received 485 approval. will i face any problems if i go for stamping with an expired i-94 ? i don't have an EAD.
    your response is appreciated.

    No problems

    As long as your H1 extension was applied for before your I/94 expired, there is no problem, the stay is perfectly valid and legal.

      May be I am wrong. IF your 485 approved, means you have EAD with you. Then why you worried about H1b.
