Return to homeland after GC and social security tax

Hello,

If one returns to homeland after working 7-8 years (mostly H1) in the US,
can s/he take back any of the social security tax or any other taxes paid?

If the return is after obtaining a GC, would it be better not to take anything
back in case one wants to try to return to US in a year or to?

Whether you are on H1 or GC, you can't get anything back.
