SSN update

HI,
De we need to update our SSN after GC? I got my GC last year and I haven't update my SSN (like removing work entry from SSN). Is there any specific time for this?

Hi

When I got my GC , I was not told to update the SSN , as it will remain the same through out your life ..my attorneys never told me anything about it ..
