What should i do after got my green card?

Hello,

I have won the lottery and went USA at July,2014. They said me that "we will send your Green Card to your adress" and i got my Green Card four months ago (November,2014). Now, I want to go USA again and I don't know the procedure exactly. I bought flight ticket for 22-29 May, 2015.

- Do I need something to do before flight?
- Is only green card enough to enter the USA?
- Do I need to inform USA custom office at my returning flight (29 May 2015)?

- Any information about this procedure will be helpful for me.

Following are the minimal documents you would need:

1. Passport
2. Greencard

Following are the precautionary documents to carry

1. Photo copy of the Letter of welcome including the Application Approval mail containing RECEIPT# SRC YYYY YYYY YYYY XX and CARD# YYYY YYYY YYYY XX barcode. (Use this incase the GC card gets lost or stolen)

2. National Identification Card issued in your home country (If applicable)
