I just received my plastic card 2 days back, My AOS was apporved Last August and I fall Under TSC. Interesting thing was that I was told the card is not forwarded but it DOES get forwarded, make sure when you move, change your address from post office.
Another advice to those who are waiting for their cards from TSC. It is basically useless to call them at thier number because it is constantly busy. I have tried numerous time. At last I send out the form G731 and got a reply in 7 days!!! So I would advice download the form here: /forms/showform.do?form=g-731ct, Fill it out and send it to them, and I am sure you will get a reply sooner than the phone.
