My Green Card has been grabbed.

Hi,

I got my green card through my spouse (my wife). Recently we have had such conflicts and I did not agree what she was asking me so She has occupied my green card and she's not giving back to me. She's saying I can't get my green card back until I obey her orders. My question is: is it legal to keep someone's green card without his agreement and authorization????

This is a domestic issue between you and your wife, not an immigration or law enforcement issue. While I am in sympathy with your plight, looking to the court system for a solution will make this situation an object of humor but won't solve your problem.

Also, if your Green Card has become unavailable to you, pay $450 for a replacement with form I-90.
