How long it takes for removal of condition on Green Card and what does USCIS check ?

Hello All,

I want to know what does USCIS check once we submit I-751 to remove conditions on Green Card?
We submitted all documents, check cashed, received a year extension letter and also given bio metric appointment.
So another question is how long will it take for getting a new Green Card?
We have submitted all documents as well our son's birth certificate.
Please help.

It will take around 6 month

It's been taking some applicants as much as a year in many areas, and six months seems to be about the standard shortest timeframe.
