Received GC 4 weeks ago, now USCIS wants new I693 Med Exam

Hello one and all,

I received today RFE for new medical exam 4 weeks after receiving the greencard! We never left the U.S. since we came to the U.S. 6 years ago.
We I really need to go and submit new medical exam, or do I ignore the request? Please I need advice!

Did you submit an I-693 when you applied for Adjustment of Status? If not, and you slipped through the GC approval process, some USCIS reviewer may have decided that you are out of compliance for lack of an immigrant medical exam. If you have an RFE, you must respond to it.
