Hello,
I live and work in the us with an H1-B. I have a bachelor degree in computer information systems and a master's degree in Computer Graphics / Graphic Design. I've been working for this company for quite some time and we tried to apply for a Green Card based on my Master Degree and after i got audited, it was denied. However, we would like to try it again but through a different position. Since, I have a more technical degree with my bachelor degree, is it wise to apply the green card with a more technical position or is this not a good way to go?
The positions we are considering is Digital Project Manager or Digital Art Director.
Any thoughts or suggestions, please?
