Phone Number to inquire the status of Plastic Card

Can any one list the phone number to inquire the status of Plastic Card.
I got the impression that for all the CPers the cards will be mailed from TSC, can any one confirm whether it is true.

It is the normal TSC #, 214-381-1423.
You have to talk to an IIO to get the 13-digit #. Give them the A#, and they can give you the 13-digit #.
I have heard that there was a change in recent months that people who entered in CA have their cards processed by CSC. I'm not sure about that, though.
