re entry permit

Hi my name is que i have a question about the re entry permit, i recently received my re entry permit i-131 on my*
Address in United States while im outside united States ,what is the proper way to bring it to jordan,can i let one of my family members who intend to come to jordan soon to bring the re entry permit with him/her?? Or am i forced to receive it through us embassy ,consulate or dhs office??

Any way you can get it is okay...delivered to your address in the U.S. or to the U.S. Embass/Consulate which has jurisdiction over your current location.
