I entered thru JFK after finishing my CP in Mumbai (Nov 12). I have called TSC as well as VSC to get status on the Plastic card. None of them had any information in their system. My questions are
1. How much time does it take from the date of entry to the info getting in their system?
2. How do I inform them for change my mailing address?

Any help on the above is appreciated.

Call local INS office to give you a blue "change of address" form. I had asked the officer at POE in Detroit and he gave me that. I filled it out and mailed it in but interestingly my GC was forwarded to my new address!

Rockstar,

On my Visa the US address had an alphabet wrongly printed. Will this be a problem? If so how can I change this, because this is not exactly a change of address, but correction of spelling.

Instead of "Samuel" it has "Sameel" printed in the visa that we submit at POE.

I think you'd be fine. They made the similar mistake on my first name [7 alpha..instead of 6] and card arrived at my new address.
