Leaving employer after receiving Green Card
I feel sorry to hear how your employer treat you. I am in the same boat with you. I never get a fair treatment as well.
But I don't think you need to worry about them any more because there is a new bill (S.2045) just passed yesterday. One of the benefit is that anyone has filed I485 for more than 180 days, they can change job even though they don't get the green card yet. If you want to know more detail, you can visit www.@#%$.com. A lot people are talking about that new law there.
I'll get my interview for the green card next week too and I am going to do the same thing as you did as soon as I get the card.
So relax, you will be fine.

Hi vvk
This S2045 is just for people like you. I believe these are extraordinary circumstances and you do have
a case. Just gather the projects etc that you worked on during these two years and if you have any good performance reviews, colleagues recommendations etc. In your particulart case it is not you but employer should be worried if you can sufficiently prove that you did do a good job and you were discrimated against just becuase of your ethnicity in giving increments, and that would be among the last thing any employer would like to get sued for. Talk to a good attorney and see what you can do to get your discrimination avenged for.
good luck
