Im a permanent green card holder ,and i have a re entry permit. what kind of questions am i going to face after a year and a half of absence with valid re entry permit at us borders (customs)??

Nothing major most likely. When you got your Re-Entry permit you were pretty much saying that you could be gone for more than year but you'll be back.
Unless your inadmissible to the United States based on different issues, you should be fine. 'how long you been out?' 'you got a re-entry permit?' 'What were you doing?' 'ok welcome back!' is most likely how it'll go!
