Sb1 category haven't got new green card yet till now.

Have a good day! I Have concern regarding my new green card I haven't got 9 months ago yet since from my last time I entered in U.S. I'm staying now in Philippines since November 2014, now my most concern is that can I travel go back to US using the temporary 1-551 stamped on my passport that valid for 1 year without any trouble? Is the custom at the port of entry accepts it without my new green card for sb1 category? I still have my old Greencard that will expires in 2022, is that greencard still valid if I will present it to the customs? If not, what should I do? Thanks...your prompt response will be appreciated.
