Divorcing and Kids

Hi All
I have a messy situation and i really need some advice.

Basically long story short,here it is.
My husband and i Married August 2012, husband has been granted his 10 yr perm. residence status in May 2014. I was expecting in 2014 twins. Although I cheated on my husband with his brother(his brother was helping us by letting me live with him and my other son). While my husband was away back in his country. Now we wish to divorce because he thinks our twins are his brothers kids.

so We want to file a divorce and paternity change on birth certificates. Can it affect his 10 yr perm. residency ? Any thoughts and advice of what to do or how to file?

If your husband already has his 10-year card, your domestic problems will not affect that at all.
