Hello, I would appreciate your help.
We are suppose to enter the US on F4 basis green card. our half year ViSA is about to expire in the end of Feb and we are planning to arrive before that.
My question is regarding leaving the US afterwards for a year and a half. Thus, I understand that we need to submit the re entry form....
After submitting the form, can we leave the US and wait for the approval in our origin country? or we must stay there until we receive the answer?
I heard somewhere that if we submit a re entry form we will be called to give our biometrics data? Is it true?
