Maiden name to married name change after GC

Hi All,

We got our green cards last year and I would like to change to married name in my indian passport, green card and social security. Would anyone know the process to follow in sequence to start with this process. I have read through process for changing name on passport and green card and seems to me that can be started simultaneously. Please feel free to post your comments. Thanks.
