Green Card renewal after a long gap

My Parents - Indian Citizens, held Green cards 2009 - 2019

Dad travelled to US only in 2009 and then never went back due to health and employment issues

Mom kept travelling every year until 2011 and then she too stopped to be with my dad. She travelled to US in 2015 on B2 Visa and consulate cancelled her earlier immigration visa.

Now, in 2016, is there a way for them to use or renew green cards, please suggest.

As per my understanding, You can't renew gc, If it's already cancelled. You have to start the procedure all over again.

As per USCIS, you can renew your green card if its stolen/damaged/expired/lost. So you will require to have a advice from immigration attorney.

Apply for new Permanent Resident Card

Hey

Yes your dad has owned the Green card and it is valid for 2019 and then there wont be problem for him to live in U.S.

But for your mom she have to take the new permanent resident from the USCIS office and filing the petition form !-485 to register the permanent resident card in U.S.
