Hi all,

My first reentry permit is expired and i am in States at the moment, I would like to reapply my second reentry permit.

What are the documents do i need to attach with the form?

Form G-1145
Form I-131
Filing fee Receipt $445
2 Photographs

Do i need at attached copy my old reentry permit ?
Do i need at attached copy of my green card?
What else am i suppose to attach ?

What did you did ? its my first reentry permit and i have no idea what to attach..
