wife green card expired..booked for a cruise in 2 weeks help!!!!

I don't even know where to start...my wife and I cruise religiously but had no idea her green card expired, it's been a few months since..we noticed last week and quickly applied for renewal but all we have is receipt number...I have no idea what to do we were told by her attorney that we can get a I-1551 stamp but her passport also expired last month where do we go from here so I try and renew her passport then try and get an appointment to see an officer (which is so hard to do) to try and get that stamp to travel? Any help or advice would be great

He's correct, schedule an appointment through the Uscis website (infopass) to get the I-1551 stamp, the sooner the better.

Please try to get in touch with the USCIS officer so that you can get renewed your Green Card as soon and it will take minimum 2 weeks and max 3 weeks you will get the Green Card from the apply date.
