My husband and I are lawful permanent residents who are currently staying outside of the United States with re-entry permit.
My baby just got her GC, and since we still need to stay outside of the United States, she also needs to apply for re-entry permit. Now although she is under 14, does she still need biometrics appointment to get picture taken? We know she doesn't need fingerprints.
We just would like to know how many times she needs to be physically present in the US, that is once (when filing a re-entry permit) or twice (when filing a re-entry permit and picture taken by biometrics)
Has anyone had same experience?
Thank you very much in advance.
