Next steps after SB1 approved and stamped in passport
My parents had a green card and ended over staying in India owing to medical reasons. They went through the returning resident visa process and got SB1 which expires Nov 2016.
1) What are the next steps now?
2) Is there old green card which is still valid, good to use?
3) We are planning a trip to Canada for 2 months, can they travel outside USA and come back again with the SB1 (before November)?
Do we need to apply something else? We called USCIS and didn't get any useful information.
