Lost Greencard Just Before Travel! Need Urgent Advice

I just found out that I may have lost my Green Card and went to web site to understand the forms (I-90) I have to fill etc. The web site did not have any guidance on time for turnaround

How long does this typically take? Any way to hasten the process?
Unfortunately I have to travel in 3 weeks - any guidance on if this possible to get temporary evidence of green card to enable travel?
