Health insurance after green card

Hi everyone,

My mom's green card has arrived and now I'm looking to get her a comprehensive health insurance plan. Where can I start? Could someone please point to resources/websites etc so I can get started? It's all very confusing for me.

Hi, Thanks for your reply! I need coverage in California and my mom is 63 years old. Why do the plans in your link not subject to Obamacare? Do some of your plans have coverage for pre-existing conditions, for example, my mom has Glaucoma.

Plans that we offer are considered exempt from being Obamacare compliant as they are considered short-term plans.

Plans we offer will cover any new conditions, injuries or accidents that may occur after the effective date of the policy. It will not cover any pre-existing conditions.
