Hoping someone can answer this. My dad's green card has been expired for 10 years (haven't had the money to get a new one until recently). Would he run into any trouble if we file for a replacement? No criminal offenses in those 10 years, taxes paid, holds a full-time and part-time job. If he's good to go, when he files, would he be able to get a temporary stamp for his passport? It's from Ecuador and I'm pretty sure it's long-since expired as well.
