Hello,
We used to live in the US because of my fathers job, my sisters and I all had Green Cards, but after 4 years we had to move back to Spain. When I was about 13 or 14 years old (I left the US when I was 9) my father and I went back to visit some friends and we were told we needed to surrender the Green Card. We were also told that it would be easier to reapply for it in the future if it was ever something we'd like to do. Here is my question: Does the fact of me being underage when I lost my Green Card make it easier in any way to recover it? It's been about 10 years since I surrendered it, now I am 24 and I would genuinely appreciate any information on the subject.
Thank you very much in advance,
Pablo
PS: I have a double nationality, German and Spanish, I don't know if that matters at all for these sort of situations.
