what to do in the airport after receiving the DV Visa ? any other required documents?

hello ,

i have had the DV visa from the american embassy stamped in my passport

should i get with me any other documents may be required for checking in the JFK airport , which is my primary destination ?

And how to apply for the green card in new york city ?

And what is the location of the issuing office of the green card in NYC , as i got lost in searching the internet ? of course i will deliver them the stamped visa , but should i deliver any other documents ?
