I had confusion about my reentry with green card. Little background to understand,
- Got green card (CR1) in November 2015
- Returned back to home country December 2015, I didn't get secured job in US and I had job of bonded agreement back home
- Entered in August 2016 for brief visit & CBP officer asked about my stay out of US but he didn't mention that this was your last chance etc & I returned back to home country
Now I have made my mind to permanently move US. Will I get any problem in entering US? How to prove C.B.P inspector that I am permanently moving US? Please give me good guidance to pass port of entry
