When we filed I-485 based on I-130 we had a separate interview and the case was held for review. It took USCIS 8 months to send us RFE in which they specifically requested for a joint tax return and "other documents in support of bona fide marriage". 2 months after we had submitted the requested documents, they granted conditional residence. Now when we are filing I-751, I wonder if the case will be reviewed under a microscope with likely site visit and interview. What do USCIS guidelines prescribe to do? Did anyone have such experience or knowledge?
