RFE for I-90 (replacement Green Card) - how to submit evidence electronically
I got Request for Evidence (RFE) after submitting I-90 (Application to Replace Green Card).
The RFE letter says that I should submit evidence electronically after logging in to the USCIS account.
However, after I log in to the account, the RFE is not showing up. The rest of the notices etc received to date are showing up.
Just the section under "RFE" is blank showing no RFEs.
So I am lost as to how to submit the evidence electronically. There is no other link or button.
Please advise.
There is an option to submit evidence by mail but it also says that if I do that then the application will take longer.
Does it really take longer?
Finally, can I send the evidence by mail, and then later if I am able to, should I also submit the evidence electronically? Is it advisable to send it both by mail and online - will that create confusion?
