I just got Green card 2 weeks ago. I have to leave USA to settle temporary family/ business issues,
Can i apply for
• Re-entry permit for more than one year ( 15 months)?
• Do I have to submit documentation proof along with i-130?
• As I just got GC and have not yet travelled out of USA, what do i write in Part 5 of I-130 ( how much total time spent outside US) ? the lowest option it has is : less than 6 month:
• Is it compulsory to give accurate date of departure and expected length of stay
