Hi, i recently got very interested in joining the coast guard as active duty, i just want to know, will that by any chance affect me when applying for i751 and citizenship in about 1 year and 5 months? When i filled the application obviously i answered no to all military questions, i know is probably fine but i just want to make sure because if joining will get me less chances of getting i751 approved them by all means will not join, regards.
