USCIS continue making a production error in the Green Cards

Do you know that after the recall on May 14, 2018 USCIS continue making a production error in the Green Cards were for approved Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence?

This is my case. I got my Permanent Residence Green card on July 2018 with the same error (Incorrect ?Resident Since? date) and I tried to return it at the USCIS local office, hoping to get the new one in couple of weeks. After the agent was searching through her computer for half an hour and talking to her supervisor this was the solution they provided: ?We need to submit Form I-90 for a replacement Green Card, which could take from a year to a year and a half ?. The Agent?s explanation because my permanent Resident Green Card was mailed to me after the recall period between February 2018 and April 2018 (USCIS recalled 8.543 printed with an incorrect ?resident Since? date).

      - Why our we punished more severely for mistake that USCIS knew about and yet provided an acceptable solution for individuals who received the incorrect Green Cards between February 2018 and April 2018?

      - Is the Permanent Resident Green Card that I have in my possession legal and lawful?

      - If I travel out of the country using this Green Card, could I be subjected to legal jeopardy? Could I be denied entrance to the US?

      - Could I apply for naturalization by showing USCIS a copy of my expired temporary Green Card (Residence since date 03/20/2015)? If not, could I simply wait three years after the Residence Since date (06/28/2018) of my Permanent Residence Green Card and then apply for naturalization?

My primary concern is that our process was a textbook case of how an immigration process should be filed and if USCIS cannot provide a Green Card with the correct dates I am very skeptical that after we go through I-90 process, I will still receive the correct Green Card.

We reside in Massachusetts, and the USCIS local office is in Boston, would somebody recommend an attorney in our area specialized in immigration law.

      Thanks
