Hello everyone
I know it may be too early to ask this question but the earlier it is, the better it is. So the conditional residence for my wife expires next year. I know that I will have to apply three months before her conditional green card expires. I know I also have to apply for removal of her conditional residence. So as of now I am putting together all the documents that I will need to submit along with I-751. I have listed those documents below.
1. My Tax Return for 2017
2. My Current Health Insurance Plan
3. Joint Bank Account
4. Apartment Internet fee (which is in her name)
5. Electrical Utility fee( I have added her name to my comed account)
Are these documents going to be enough or do I need more documents?
