upon receiving our GC....

my wife (primary applicant) & my daughter will reach usa (EWR) on 11sep18
whereas
i (spouse) will reach on 14sep18 (we are taking different flights on different days & different arrival airports)

1. would that be ok/acceptable to the immigrant officers/authorities (our 6 months deadline is 21sep18)
2. when i reach (alone) at the immigration (JFK) , would my wife have to be present there too.
3. can we pay the USIC green card fees ($220 each) upon arriving (in usa)

it's been mentioned on the USICS/& other websites, that eventual permit to usa soil will be determined by the immigration officer on your 1st arrival - even if your GC was approved in your home country -.
for argument sake, if i pay $220X3 (660) as immigration fees *before* arriving in usa, would i be jumping the gun (in case of entry denial, the immigration fees paid are non-refundable - right?).

so, is it *always advisable to pay the immigration fees *post entry to usa
(cause, even without the physical GC, our status would still be of permanent residents - right?)

Yes you could pay after entry. This will only delay the arrival of the actual plastic card, but you will be permanent residents upon entry irrespective of whether you are in possession of the physical card.

i have purchased a forex card (visa) in india & loaded it with us$660
can i use this forex card to pay the immigration fees (220X3)
-at the usics.gov pay screen-
it asks: 'u.s credit card' or 'u.s bank account')
then
-it asks : i want to pay with a debit or credit card (visa / master / amex / jcb / diners)
then
on the screen, is shows

'Please provide the Credit or Debit Card Information below'

agency tracking id: TSGxxxxxxxx
payment amount $xxx.xx
*country - what do i fill here
*billing address - what do i fill here
*city
*account holder name - what do i fill here - my visa forex card does not have a name printed on it)

then it displays the visa / master / diners.. logos

*card number (i have that)
*expiration date (i have that)
*card security code (what's that - is it the 3 digit *** code)
