Form N-470 - Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purposes

A US firm's foreign subsidiary is looking to hire me to work in Europe.
Am I elligible to file form 470. Please note that the US firm is not hiring
and transferring me out , it is the foreign subsidiary that is hiring me.

Any thoughts appreciated.
