I just got my green card> Is any further action needed?

I just got my green card. I already had a SSN due to my H1. Do i need to go to the Social Security Office and inform them of my change of status from H1 to permanent resident?

Are there any online forms I can fill?

Yes, you need to get your social security card changed so that you get new one without employment restrictions.
