Green card and part time job

Can a green card holder (EB2-NIW) do part time job in addition to the full time position? I work at University(Mon-Fri), so can I work part time (3-4 hr) on weekend in other companies or shops? BWT there is nothing in contract that i cant work outside. Just want to make sure that there wont be any problem while renewal or citizenship later. Suggestions and experience will be appreciated.

Once you have your GC, you are free to do it. It does not matter how or when you got your GC.
