Temp GC 2015 via marriage with US citizen spouse
Filed I-751 Jan'17 (on time but +/- supporting evidence, can't remember but honest mistake if I didn't).
Got extension for 18 months.
Supposedly letter sent by USCIS for more evidence but I definitely did not receive it. Have AR-11 receipt indicating change of address requested.
Got application denial and termination due to non-response for 84 days to the letter that I did not receive thus considered abandoned.
Have solid evidence of marriage (Joint tax returns x4 yrs, Joint Apt. lease x3+ yrs, Joint financial Investments, ID stating same address, active Shared bank account, photos, multiple vacations as a couple and with family, etc.)
Q1. How big of a trouble am I in ?
Q2. Can I continue to work currently while I file the appeal?
Q3. Should I file an appeal (form I-290B) along with a new I-751 even though my GC has been terminated?
Q4. If I had not sent any supporting evidence, would the reason for denial have been different?
