Hi Everyone,
I would like to ask for help of my current situation as I am a Green Card holder from Philippines and will be studying back in my home country, and already in the process of obtaining my first re entry permit. My concern is can my mom mail my second re entry permit to the USCIS and I will fly back to the US to go for the biometrics? because as per my understanding you should be physically present in the US upon filing because of the biometric requirement. Hoping someone has an experience of the same as I will not have the luxury of time to stay and wait for the biometric schdule.
