On 29 of Januray 2019 USCIS informed that the green card (permenant) has been posted to my address but I haven't received it yet, do you know how long it will take to receive it?

About one week.
Your account notification should show the USPS tracking number so you can see where it is.
Another option is to sign up for USPS informed delivery. Takes 5 minutes and is a free service. Once you log in you can see any mail and packages that are in transit to you.

If you dont see any package on the way to your address, you should contact USCIS and validate they have your address correct.
