Hi Guys

I want to ask your opinion on how often can you use your green card to enter the US. I received my conditional gc on Sept 2018, then my spouse and I went to Paris for our honeymoon on December 2018 for 5 days. I went to the Philippines on January 2019 by myself for a medical check up for 26 days. Now, my spouse and I are planning to go to Canada by car for just 3 days in April 2019 and Philippines by myself for 15 days in May 2019. And planning to go to Asia or Europe again in November/December with spouse. Do you guys think it will raise a red flag to the USCIS when we apply for removal if I keep going out of the country or interogate me at the point of entry?

you are fine, red flags only when you stay for 6 months or more outside. just to be safe try to stay at least 180 days a year in usa.
