I am currently a Green Card holder since 2 years. I will be getting married in December 2006 to my fiancee who is on h1-b and also in the US since 2001.
I have a couple of questions that I need help on:
1) Do I need to inform INS of my marriage like mailing my marriage certificate etc.. if yes, is there a form? or mailing address.
2) Can anyone suggest the procedure for me to apply for permanent residency of my spouce once we are married in December 2006
