HELP. Got the green card. Divorce and??

First marriage and then residence.
Im not from the states but just got the residence from my husband. I got married 2 years ago. My husband wants to get divorce now, he is from the states. Will he have any problem reagarding my green card? Cause i heard i have to wait a period of time after getting residence if not will be fraud. We dont have kids.
Will be any issue getting divorce? What are the risk? for me for him?
