Hello,
I got my GC in 2002 and travelled to India in 2004 to start offshore branch of my company. I got my travel documents (I-131) approved and this is expiring in Feb 2007. I did not visit US in between,except for short visit in Jan 2005. I am maintaining my bank account , credit card etc, and have filed tax returns also. I am planning to come to US in Jan 2007 before my I-131 expires. What documents should I carrying along with me to prove that I did not abandon my gc status? What can I expect at the POE? Any input will be appreciated.
