Labour Certification and change in designation

Hello All,

My company has started my green card process recently, they have placed an advertisement in the news paper and will be filling for my Labour Certification in a few days.

I have come to know of a new position open in my organization, it is senior position and will involve a change in my designation though the requirements of the skill sets will be the same.

If i get this position and decide to pursue this position will I have to refile my Labour Certification or restart the whole process all over again.
